Meet our leadership team

Adam is the Chief Executive Officer of Kinetic. He is an experienced operator in both technology startups and public companies. Adam is interested in how the intersection of technology and insurance can prevent injuries for workers and their employers.  Adam holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.

Michelle brings over 26 years of insurance and underwriting expertise, having worked with The Hanover Insurance Group, SWBC, and The Hartford. Michelle brings a remarkable blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strong relationships to our team. She holds an MBA and BBA in Finance from St. Mary’s University.

Danielle oversees distribution, drawing on her experience from Pie Insurance and deep worker compensation expertise at Warner Pacific and Employers. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

Troy has over 30 years of workers' compensation experience, guiding both carriers and agencies in safety and claims management. His focus is on improving employee safety and company financial outcomes.

Haytham brings decades of experience at startups and large healthcare corporations like Philips Electronics and Harvard Medical School hospitals. He holds a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering from Imperial College London and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Navarra in Spain.

Aditya leads Kinetic’s technology strategy, bringing over 15 years of experience from startups and large organizations, including IBM. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University.

Aaron is an experienced leader in tech, IoT, and insurance, with over 15 years of experience leading global organizations. He holds B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

Jonathan leads product strategy, turning customer needs into tangible solutions. His background spans SaaS, health-tech, and hardware/software integration. He holds a B.A. in New Media from Purchase College, SUNY.

Julie focuses on culture and employee engagement, leveraging her startup expertise to connect Kinetic’s team with its mission. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from San Francisco State University and is SHRM-CP certified.
